A Global Crisis Means it's Time to Stop "Business as Usual"

The Foundation for the Law of Time is responsible for generating the principle services and projects offered to the general public and the World PAN in particular. The sister Consortium members in Brazil and Japan may also generate their own services and projects apart from what the originating member may provide. As appropriate, these self-generated services and projects may be offered to the other two members as well as the World PAN.

The chief purpose of all fund raising efforts is to gather resources for the establishment and maintenance of these projects. Once the services are produced or the projects are funded, they may be offered to the general public, but most importantly, are targeted for the bioregional PAN nodes. Bioregional PAN nodes may then function as distributing agents of services, or coordinating administrators of projects. Local nodes may go directly to the Bioregional PAN or in some case directly to one of the Consortium members for services or project information.

Following is a descriptive list of the principle services and projects to be funded:

Calendars. The Foundation this past year was responsible for publishing three calendars:

1. A Thirteen Moon/28-day pocket calendar as an item freely offered to the general public (request one here);
2. The UR Synchronometer, which coordinates all of the main world calendars, including the Mayan Long Count, according to the Thirteen Moon 28-day calendar;
3. The Dreamspell calendar, basic calendar tool for more advanced practitioners of the synchronic codes.
4. The Foundation has also prepared a Master Synchronometer, the Master Synchronic Code Book a book-style calendar which features all of the codes of the synchronic order as well as a complete Thirteen moon calendar running through the Blue Resonant Storm Year 2012-2013.

Books (Law of Time Press). For the purpose of completing the publication of the seven-volume series Cosmic History Chronicles 2004-2011, the Foundation is in the process of creating the Law of Time Press. Through this adjunct operation the Foundation could put into print a number of out of print items as well as never yet published books and projects, including: Treatise on Time (Call of Pacal Votan), Thirteen Moons in Motion, Turtle and Tree, Art Planet Chronicles, 20 Tablets of the Law of Time, etc.

Tools. Law of Time tool kits made available by the Foundation include: Dreamspell, Journey of Timeship Earth 2013; Telektonon Game of Prophecy; 7:7::7:7; and Mystery of the Stone.

Educational Materials. These include various teaching videos and CDs. The Foundation has already prepared a number of self-study programs and educational projects based on the Thirteen moon 28-day calendar and the Law of Time.

Workshops and Seminars. The Foundation sponsors occasional seminars and encourages members of the PAN to engage in workshops, develop educational seminars and other forms of public outreach, for which the Foundation can assist with educational materials.

Banners of Peace. The production of the Banner of Peace and its promotion, particularly with regard to the Day out of Time, is the way the Foundation promotes peace through culture and the principles of the Roerich Peace Plan (1935). The Foundation encourages PAN nodes to enlist official support for the Banner and the  Day out of Time from the mayors of their communities. The Foundation is in the process of forming an official agreement of alliance with the International Banner of Peace Committee.

Noosphere II. This is the project name for the overall research and investigation of the Law of Time in anticipation of the conclusion of the biosphere-noosphere transition conducted by the Galactic Research Institute (GRI) of the Foundation for the Law of Time. (See document: “Noosphere II the Great Experiment of the Law of Time”). The emphasis of the research is on higher states of consciousness, yogic systems, telepathic paranormal techniques, comparative meditation methods and the practices of the synchronic order. The principle publication project is the Cosmic History Chronicles (see below). The GRI has a working relation with the ISRICA (Institute for the Scientific Research and Investigation of Cosmic Anthropoecology of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Novosibirsk), and recently cooperated with them in the Pacal Votan Global Telepathy Experiment (results forthcoming). CREST13. CREST13, the acronym for the Centers for the Restitution, Investigation and Education of the Natural Mind, is the Noosphere II Project’s design for establishing a telepathic grid through the preliminary creation of thirteen land bases housing geodesic domes, gardens and facilities for individual and group meditation and telepathic exercise intensives. This is the Foundation’s principle project for strategically anticipating and triggering the noosphere in 2012. The first center is now being constructed near Alto Paraiso, Brazil. Operation Earth Rescue. The purpose of the Operation Earth Rescue is to provide an information and intelligence gathering hub for unifying different groups and organizations providing disaster relief as well as community reconstruction and biospheric restoration. The long term goal is to establish programs of reconstruction and restoration in accord with the new calendar and the Law of Time, and in anticipation of the biosphere-noosphere transition.

Second Planetary Congress of Biospheric Rights. Sequel to the First Congress which occurred ten years ago, also at the Parlamundi in Brasilia, Brazil, the second Congress was held in the Red Magnetic Moon year, Electric Moon, 3-7 (September 22-26, 2006). Its three principle goals: activate an alternative energy and community network; create the Operation Earth Rescue program and network; and in anticipation of concluding the biosphere-noosphere transition originate an ongoing Planetary Biospheric Congress and Noospheric World Assembly. This event will be pivotal in crystallizing projects and strategies with the goal of engendering a peaceful whole system transformation of planet Earth by 2012.

Noosphere World Assembly. The Noosphere Spiritual Ecological World Assembly has already been established in Russia, largely under the efforts of its president Lyubov Gordina, who will be present at the Second Planetary Congress of Biospheric Rights. The purpose of the NSEWA is to manifest a culture of peace through a unitary Noosphere (Spiritual Ecological) constitution of Mankind. One of the principle methods for creating uniform and harmonic time for Earth as a foundation of the coming cosmic civilization is the implementation of the Thirteen Moon calendar.

A related Foundation sponsored project is the International Center of Strategic Study of the Noosphere and the Sustainable Development of the Republic of Altai. First initiated in 2001, this project has as its goal the establishment of Altai as a Noospheric Reserve with the specific intention of protecting both the ecology and the culture of Altai as an example of a living culture of peace.

Cosmic History Chronicles. The principle publication project of the Foundation’s Research and Development center, this seven volume series (one a year, 2004-2011) is a comprehensive and encyclopedic investigation of the reformulation of the human mind according to the Law of Time. As the Foundation’s main educational contribution in preparation for the noosphere and the coming of cosmic civilization on Earth, this thoroughly original endeavor lays a completely new foundation of thought and science, constructively reorienting the entire paradigm of human consciousness

13:20 Garden Communities. The Foundation encourages the flourishing of as many projects as possible. The emphasis is developing a 13:20 life style, as much as possible off the grid, and living organically close to nature according to the synchronic codes of the law of time. Projects have now been or are being developed in Torreón, México (Jardín de Paz 13:20), Italy (Peace Garden), Colombia (Temple of the Seven Suns), as well as in Brazil, Peru, Chile, Australia and North America. A garden community is currently being developed near by to the CREST13 project in Brazil. The two projects will work in tandem in preparing people for 13:20 life and telepathic meditation retreat intensives.

Library of the Law and Science of Time. The Galactic Research Institute is slowly building up a small library of literature that focuses on: the Law of Time; calendars and calendar reform; the study and science of time; cosmology; Mayan studies; the biosphere, noosphere and related studies in cosmic consciousness; esoteric thought; and comparative religion (UR studies), with an emphasis on meditation, yoga and the Quran and Quranic studies.

Day out of Time/Planetary Peace through Culture Festival. Held every July 25, and hailed as World Day of the Earth Dwellers, by the team of the International Orbiting Satellite, and as promoted by the NSEWA, this is the single most important annual event for showcasing the values of time is art, universal pardon and the Banner of Peace and peace through culture.
