What are the 20 Tablets of the Law of Time?

1. The 20 Tablets of the Law of Time constitute an entirely new system of knowledge which in turn defines a wholly new map of the mind.This system comprehends all previous knowledge and radializes all maps of consciousness into one purposive pattern. This system of knowledge is without historic precedent. However, its two principle organizing forms of knowledge are rooted in two hitherto ununited traditions: the Mayan calendar of Mesoamerica and the I Ching (DNA Code) of China. The unification in time of these two orders of knowledge in the 20 Tablets is more than just the sum of the two systems, but is categorically the total infrastructure of the knowledge defined as the fourth dimension. This is an accomplishment which had defied historic man until this evolutionary moment.

2. Because of the spiritual primacy of the new knowledge system as defined by the Law of Time, T(E) = Art, the 20 Tablets also unify all global spiritual traditions as UR, the Universal Religion on Earth. Representing an evolutionary advance following the episode of history, the principle of divine unity encompassed by UR has its precedent in the system of divine messengership as defined by the culminating spiritual text of this tradition, the Holy Qur'an. Since there is only one God the living principle of divine creation there is only one universal order governed by the Law of Time, and therefore all true messengers have spoken from the same source describing the same ultimate reality.

3. In defining and affirming the unity of divine creation, the 20 Tablets of the Law of Time also determine a whole system perspective of the reality of life on Earth. In this perspective all of life is a single unity of a diverse order which constitutes the biosphere.The biosphere as a whole constitutes one of the integral components of the whole system Earth. In its essence this system consists of three resonant fields: gravitational, electromagnetic and biopsychic. The biopsychic field includes the biosphere, but as an evolving organism which is undergoing an evolutionary passage, the biosphere-noosphere transition.This is passage form a purely third-dimensional, exclusively spatial-physical orientation to a purely fourth-dimensional mental-spiritual order.

4. The implications of the biospheric definition of life represent an advance in the understanding of an evolutionary psychology which affirms the mind teachings of Lord Buddha. As a divine unity, all of life is an interdependent whole. The individual ego does not and cannot operate in a vacuum. The resonant field that defines all the relationships of life as one interdependent whole calls for a higher order of spiritual self.This spiritual self, individually known during the historic cycle as the soul, the sum of the karmic vision and action of an individual being, is now absorbed into the "oversoul, "the Planetary Manitou. Only through a discipline of mind is the individual ego transcended, and the individual soul absorbed into the higher order of the Planetary Manitou.

The Sixteen Year Telektonon Cube of the Law defines a precise cycle of time, 1997-2013, during which the new system of knowledge unfolds according to the Law of Time, where T = 16 years, 832 weeks; (E)= 64 DNA Codons, thirteen permutations each, or 832 permutations in all;and ART, the creation of the Planetary Manitou. In essence this formula constitutes a wholly spiritual technology involving the articulation of a system of telepathic knowledge. The components of this system of telepathic knowledge include:

• 64 UR Runes, iconic code language of telepathy;
• the 64 Codon/Hexagrams of the DNA/I Ching, the language of life;and
• the 20 icons and thirteen tone wavespell which constitute the language of fourth-dimensional time.

Telektonon is the name given to this entire system of telepathic technology.It also refers to the fourth-dimensional circuit board and map of the solar system. This circuit-board demonstrates that conditions and levels of consciousness are functions of the resonant ratios of the orbital frequencies of the different planets in relation to each other. Finally, Telektonon is the prophecy of Pacal Votan which reveals the Cube of the Law in relation to the tower of Babel and the redemption brought about by the Thirteen Moon Calendar during the time of prophecy, AD 1993-2000. The Sixteen-year Telektonon is a function of the fulfillment of the transition from the fourth year of prophecy to the fifth, an act in itself which explodes the Cube of the Law into manifestation as the 20 Tablets of the Law of Time.

In terms of interactive tracking we may distinguish different levels of Telektonon play: daily 28-day Thirteen Moon Telektonon; 16-day Telektonon of the Warrior's Cube; four GAP tower and 16 Cube days of the Rinri Project, opening the psi bank; and 16-year Telektonon, Cube of the Law. These levels all interpenetrate and overlap to create "Telektonon, the frame of time I left for you...a mirror to show you your own truth of time for one last time. For now is the day of truth, the hour of judgement." Telektonon of Pacal Votan, Section 4, v. 22, "Telektonon: the Frame of Time."

The Cube of the Law is the primary self-existing concentration of universal knowledge in its entirety, the principle of cosmic creation, literally the cornerstone of the new cosmology. In its nature it consists of:

• a divine intersection, the principle of the moving, living center;
• three internal planes, mind, spirit and will;
• six external sides, eight points or vertices

Questions for the student. What is the origin of the Cube of the Law? What is its purpose and function? What is its history? What is its future? What is the Heptagonon of Mind? How does the Cube of the Law define the Warrior's Journey? What is the relation of the Cube of the Law to the primal Time Atom?

As a system of knowledge the 20 Tablets of the Law of Time are objectified in a very precise format: the 20 Tablets themselves; a type of primer, the 64 UR Rune and Codon Keys to the Book of Universal Life; and an Instruction Manual, including "Every Earth Wizard's Little Book of Practical Conduct."The 20 Tablets are divided in two sets: 1) the four Tablets of Prophecy, and 2) the Sixteen Tablets of the Sixteen Year Telektonon Cube of the Law. The key components of the knowledge system are graphically concretized in the four Tablets of Prophecy and the 64 UR Rune and Codon Keys to the Book of Universal Life. The Sixteen Tablets of the Cube of the Law are a library of telepathic knowledge intended for study and interactive use. To make your homework easier we list below a brief description of the component parts of this new system of knowledge. Remember: in fourth-dimensional knowing the meaning is locked into the form. To meditate on the forms contained and defined by the Tablets is to unlock their secrets:

1. The Prophecy, Prophecy Tablet One. The 20 Tablets of the Law of Time are the fulfillment of a prophecy, "The Riddle of the Stone." The source of this prophetic "Riddle" is in the Telektonon of Pacal Votan, Section Thirteen, "War of the Righteous, "v.84, "Children of the day of truth, people of the dawn, people of the book, foursquare is my talking stone, invisible its design, its crystal lacing of star histories met in my human form..." A visual reference also occurs in the Mayan Factor, "Crystal Prophecy of Pacal Votan, " p. 195. Memorize the "Riddle." Study its meaning and structure, Manual, p. 62. Recite the "Riddle"every morning when you visualize yourself within the double terminated crystal (see instruction, last page of the Dynamics of Time), sending or receiving the Rinri magnet from whichever of the five biopsychic centers.The "Riddle's" source is graphically revealed in the "foursquare...invisibledesign...and crystal lacing..." of the geometry of the "Talking Stone of Prophecy." Can you find the sixteen isosceles triangles that fit together to create the space of the Talking Stone? One clue: each triangle is divided into two parts. Can you distinguish the outline of the synchronometric vessel? From the sixteen foursquare are derived the 64 UR Runes which constitute the Gate of Time through which you enter the Cube of the Law.

2. The Time of Prophecy, Prophecy Tablet Two. Prophecy is all about time, and the redemption of time. The Mayan gauge of time is perfect because it is according to the Law of Time. There is a time of corruption and a time of redemption which follows the corruption.The Time of Prophecy is defined by the Harmonic Convergence, which began in 1987 and ends in 2013, following the close of the thirteen baktun cycle. Meditate the forms of the Tablet of the Time of Prophecy, and consider:What is the Quetzalcoatl Project? What is the relation of the structures of the Time of Prophecy to the Law of Time? How does the Cube of the Law define the Sixteen Year Telektonon? What is the chronograph? What is the New Genesis? What is the relation of the seven years of Prophecy to the mystery of the stone? What is the mystery of the stone? What and when is the Dominion of Time?

3. Gate of Time and Earth Wizard's Road Map, Prophecy Tablet Three. The order of fourth-dimensional time is the matrix of the new system of knowledge. The Gate of Time is the revealed matrix of this knowledge, summarized and synthesized as the Cube of the Law. Meditate the Form of the Gate of Time: How does the Cube of the Law open the Gate of Time? What is the Warrior's Journey and how does this journey relate to the chronograph? How does the Dragon Genesis define the Gate of Time? What is the mystic stone of the Monkey Genesis? Where is Camelot? Meditate the forms of the Earth Wizard's Road Map. Describe the six different structures or levels of the Cube of the Law? What is their purpose? How does one become an Earth Wizard? Where does the Road Map lead?What are the effects on your consciousness of following the Road Map?

4. 64 Runes and Codons: Invocation of the Planetary Manitou, Prophecy Tablet Four. Comprehensive fourth-dimensional knowledge structures are defined by the component elements of the "language" of telepathy. This language is mathematically based on the binary progression, 1, 2, 4, 8, 16, 32, and 64, or 8 squared (8 x 8). The primary structures of this language are the 64 UR Runes arranged in eight strands of eight each. Each strand is arranged as a mathematical order of two triplets (2 x 3), and a binary synthesis (2). Can you follow and understand the pattern as it is presented on the 64 Codon side of this Tablet? Each UR Rune governs one Codon. Each Codon is a six line structure seen either as a set of three binary letters, two lines each, or two triplets, three lines each. Do you see how the Rune triplet code informs the Codon structures? What is the psi bank and how do we get there? What is the relation of the Star Crystals to the Planetary Manitou? What defines the order of the UR Runes in the Gate of Time? What is the principle of cross-over polarity?Give some examples. What are the two ways? How do the Rune strands define the Planetary Manitou? Color your Runes and Rune Strands: Red (strand 1), sky blue (strand 2), orange (strand 3), emerald green (strand 4), forest green (strand 5), indigo (strand 6) purple (strand 7), and violet (strand 8).

5. The Ur Book of Universal Life. This iconic reference text and primer contains the codes for the complete science of telepathy, and complements Tablet Four. The front cover contains the code forms of the components of this fourth-dimensional science. Can you define these components in the formula T(E) = Art? What is the principle of the Rune triplet? The inside text is the master study guide for the two ways; the eight Rune strands; the 64 Codons, and the sixteen Star Bundles.Do you see how the master study guide codes each of the sixteen years of the Telektonon Cube of the Law? What is the principle of the inverse seventh? What are the Codons? What is the Bi-phasic matrix? What is the relation between the Bi-phasic matrix or Primal Heaven and the Cube Codon or Later Heaven arrangements? Define the daughters of time and the sons of space.How do they characterize the Bi-phasic matrix?

6. The Sixteen Tablets of the Sixteen-Year Telektonon, Chronosphere and Chronograph. The Sixteen Tablets of the Sixteen Year Cube of the Law represent a complete chronomantic display of the formula T(E) = Art, wherein the essence of the New knowledge system is elaborated as the 832 (64 x 13) Codon permutations.How many wavespells can you count on both sides of all Sixteen Tablets?Describe the levels of the chronograph? Can you perceive the differences in frequency of these levels? Do you see how the Cube Codon sums mathematically define the two ways as parallel processes? What are the seven days and thirteen tones of creation? What happens when you Cube the Codon? What is the relation between Cubing the Codon and the creation of the Planetary Manitou? Study one each of these sixteen Tablets during its corresponding day in the Cube. During the Heaven and Earth Walks, study all 20 of the Tablets.

7. The Instruction Manual, "Every Earth Wizard's Little Book of Practical Conduct." The Law of Time defines a new system of knowledge and a new map of the mind which comprehends all previous knowledge, but radially. This radialization of knowledge represents a radialization of the senses and sense perceptions which both repairs the incorrect linearity of historical thought and establishes the psycho-genetic disposition of the human organism in an advanced telepathic reorientation within its biosphere the completion of the biosphere-noosphere transition. While this process and knowledge may seem staggeringly new, it is preeminently a practical system of knowledge applied through the discipline of mental recalibration and creative visualization. In this way the 20 Tablets area complete re-education program redefining the horizons as well as the content of human knowledge. It is called "Every Earth Wizard's Little Book of Practical Conduct" because those who diligently learn and apply the principles contained therein will become the forerunners of the race of Earth Wizards who will dominate the next evolutionary cycle as technocratic man came to dominate the last cycle. It is a book of conduct because the rules of the game as played according to the Law of Time define a new way of conduct that is completely in accord with the evolving spiritual needs of the Earth, our garden planet. Dreamspell, The Telektonon of Pacal Votan, The Rinri Project, and now the 20 Tablets of the Law of Time define the beginning components of the Whole Earth Dome, Telepathic Tracking Station and Noospheric Sensorium. This Dome is realized first as a virtual reality, then when you are ready, it should actually be constructed as a forerunner of the Domes of the Senses. The point is that there are now enough components to play with that it could take all of your creative time just to keep engaged-and it should, because the management of the new technology is to the Dominion of Time what industrial technology and management was to the old order. It is called a Whole Earth Dome because the telepathy of technology is the noosphere's way of incorporating itself into humanity, and the noosphere is the whole Earth consciously realized. It is a Dome because the Dome represents the celestial order incorporated in the Earthly plane, and all of the ratios and fractals of the Dominion of Time are of a 'celestial" or heavenly origin, as we all are. Study the levels and layout of the Whole Earth Dome and use it to help coordinate your activity as a budding Earth Wizard. We'll elaborate on the coordination of the levels in upcoming Newsletters.

The same rule that applies to the Dreamspell and the Telektonon applies to the 20 Tablets of the Law of Time as well: "If you don't take them off the shelf they won't walk off the shelf to get to you!" Coloring Workbook. The 20 Tablets that are now all available are black and white. Make a coloring book out of these Tablets and your learning and understanding will soar. We've already given you the tips for coloring the Runes. You know the colors of the Cube positions and Solar Seals. Consider coloring the "64 Rune and Codon Keys to the Book of Universal Life."Start with the front cover. Can you determine the colors of the eight Rune strands as they weave together the image of the Planetary Manitou? Another tip. If you get to the inside, and want to color that, too, just keep in mind that the vertical rows actually define the Cube positions and each Cube position has its color. For each of the 64 Codons, color the inverse-seventh hexagon according to the color of the Rune in which the inverse seventh is located!

The Dynamics of Time. The 20 Tablets of the Law of Time not only coordinate the last three years of the Rinri Project, but they are coordinated by the 260 Postulates of the Dynamics of Time. To make the Dynamics easier to study and comprehend, follow this procedure. There are 260 Postulates, the same as the number of Kin in a Galactic Spin. There are 20 (0-19) sections corresponding to the 20 Wavespells of the Spin, each section having precisely thirteen postulates, the same as the tones of the Wavespell. So just read one postulate a day. The section numbers (0-19) correspond to the codespell numbers of the 20 solar seals also coded 0-19. The Postulate numbers correspond to any one of the thirteen tones. Example: Kin 156, Yellow Cosmic Warrior, codespell 16, Warrior, cosmic tone 13, hence, Postulate 16.13. Or, Kin 157, Red Magnetic Earth, Codespell 17, Magnetic tone 1, hence, Postulate 17.1;followed by Kin 158, White Lunar Mirror, Codespell 18, Lunar tone 2, hence, postulate 18.2, etc. In this way you may radially contemplate the Dynamics of Time in 20 waves, postulate by postulate, each postulate being a daily meditation in itself!

Reading the Cube Codons. During the Cube Journey you have the opportunity to study four Codons per day, in addition, of course, to laying the lines of your weekly Codon, tracking the Bi-phasic harmonic four-day Codon AND tracking the Rinri Project Codons for psi plate two. That is why the Whole Earth Dome is being elaborated (See above). At first when you study your four-per-Cube position Codons during the Warrior's Journey, consider that the first Codon always links its action to the third, and the second Codon to the fourth in the sequence. Don't forget that when you reach the ninth Cube position the Codon order switches polarity. Identify which and how many of the four binary letters shows up (out of twelve positions per Cube position) and which and how many of the eight triplets (out of eight positions per Cube position). Find the patterns and then, the meanings will beg into unlock. Be patient. You have entered the Dominion of Time. You are in the navigation tower of Timeship Earth 2013. The dynamics are highly ordered but ever changing. Take nothing for granted. You are practicing everyday synchronometrics. You are on your way to cultivating the Earth Wizard within yourself!

Cube Wavespells: The Chronograph Side of each of the Sixteen Tablets of the Cube of the Law contains a major Wavespell and four minor ones. The major Wavespell coordinates the Moons of the year as well as the kin of a corresponding Dragon or Monkey Genesis Wavespell. Color these Wavespells.The upper half of each kin position is the color of the annual seal for the year. The lower half of the kin position of the annual Wavespell is the color of the Genesis Wavespell. For this year's Tablet One Wavespell, the annual seal is yellow Seed, the Genesis Wavespell is Red Dragon, so this means that the upper half of each kin position is yellow, the lower half red. Every one of these major Cube Wavespells has two or three of your own Earth family's Galactic Signatures. Identify them. Increase your tracking power, raise the frequency of your mind. You can't raise that frequency without clearing your mind and keeping it clear. "Own your time and you will own your own mind." Meditation techniques will help you. That is why this first year of the 20 Tablets is the year of the first seer, Lord Buddha, "All mind teachings did he give." If you haven't sat in Zazen meditation or done a Vipassana training in order to learn how to watch your own mind (and know your own ego and all of its tricks!) this might be a good time to try it out!
