Rinri, the Japanese word from which this Newsletter derives its title, means ethical enlightenment. As we approach the closing of the cycle, the need for a global ethical enlightenment has never been greater, especially since we have entered the Way of Wielding Power. The nation most in need of such enlightenment is the United States of America, the most benighted nation on Earth. Hello, America, is anybody listening? 2012 is just around the corner. It's not too late to choose the path of the future, the path of Thirteen Moons, and forsake your identity as Americans. It will be good for the planet if you can do so.

"We are entering the Age of Aquarius in 2012, November 11th. It will be a new time. The entire psyche is changing. You must purify the mind, body, and soul to be real, innocent and sattvic ("purity, clarity, light"). Elevate yourself to be angelic. This Age you will all serve is an Age of Awareness, an Age of Experience. The transition to that Age began in the Piscean Age. The Piscean motto was: "I want to know, I need to learn. The Aquarian motto is: "I know. I want to experience."

The wealthiest nation on Earth is the most benighted because it is the one in most denial of its poverty, of its energy consumption (5 per cent of the world population - 25 per cent of the world fossil fuel consumption, refuses to sign Kyoto protocol), and of its military gigantism - number 1 military budget - yet it cowers in fear of shadow terrorists and shackles its citizens with burdensome security measures. Americans, you must come out of the shadows and into the light. You must face what you are doing as a people to this planet. You must want to know the truth that you might learn anew.

"This planet's whole natural process is about to go into chaos, and when it does potentially billions of us are going to die, and the most vulnerable areas are the United States, Europe and China, so we Americans cannot expect to sit on the sidelines while the rest of the world suffers for our sins. Anybody who doesn't burn to do something about the global warming problem is insane, and leaders who won't address it are in the process right now of committing the greatest crime against humanity that history has ever known. ... and therein lies the making of a catastrophe not unlike that prophesied as the end of the age, according to Jose Arguelles, by Pacal Votan, a Mayan ruler of the sixth century AD.

"The Age is shifting. We had the Industrial age, then the Information Revolution, and now we are crossing into the Aquarian Age. This will be the Age of Awareness. We will be overloaded with information and our psyches will become more sensitive. It will be essential for each of us to know our mind and command it with our meditative mind. Without control of these many facets, the undirected mind will create depressions, delusions, identity splits, and a deep core feeling of emptiness. It will be our duty and a fundamental requirement of future lives, to meditate and command the mind."

"They can send me to college but they can't make me think," reads a bumper sticker in a shopping mall parking lot. Not only do Americans not want to think, but no people on earth is more overloaded on information. Just plain numb and living in fear, addicted to reality television and major league sports, run by fundamentalist Christians, they will wage war for the right of their citizens to shop. But who is really thinking about tomorrow?

"We are entering the Age of Aquarius in 2012, November 11. It will be a new time ... many people will not cross this cusp. ... between now and then, those who are still Piscean (=12:60) can survive a little. But after that time, God only knows."

"It is worthwhile to note," writes Lyubov Gordina of the Noospheric World Assembly, "that the governments spend for military purposes 27 times more funds than for preservation of the civilization of the planet." That means that the governments of the Earth are putting 27 times more energy into means of destruction than into means of preservation. It doesn't take too much logic to see where that will take you sooner than later. America's annual war budget alone (300 billion dollars) could save the planet, feed the poor, and finance the research and methods to begin to convert from fossil fuel to solar and wind power.

"Aquarian Age.The next in a succession of astrological ages each lasting roughly 2000 years. Fully inaugurated in 2012, the Aquarian Age will witness a radical change in consciousness, human sensitivity, and technology. The central change of this new age emphasizes an increased sensitivity and evolution of our power of awareness and a new relationship to our mind."

You won't find much of this sensitivity in America. Just after the Bush re-election the Foundation for the Law of Time released a position paper entitled the "Death of America, an Opportunity for the Planet Art Network." The Foundation put out a call for the funding and establishment of an Earth Rescue Mission, Organic Food and Natural Time Soup Kitchens, Time in the Prisons Education Program, and Centers for the Restitution of the Natural Mind. An Earth Rescue Mission would coordinate charitable organizations with teams to aid the people and help rebuild the land in areas of natural disaster - like a Peace Corps for the Earth. Organic Food Natural Time Soup Kitchens would feed the homeless real food and teach them something genuinely new - the Thirteen Moon calendar. Virtually no interest has been shown for these projects. Only the Centers for the restitution of the Natural Mind have aroused interest - in Switzerland, Costa Rica, Brazil, Untied Kingdom - but not in America.

It really is true that America died with the Bush reelection. Americans have little mind for matters beyond individual self-interest. If they do, they can't think outside of the box. A Department of Peace won't do the job. It is too late. The government is dead. We have to wake up to this fact. We have to bury the Fourth of July, forever, at some ultimate Rainbow Gathering, and pray that Great Spirit will guide the souls of the people who can still listen.

Since the Bush reelection less than a year ago, America has continued to bog down in its war in Iraq, which Bush defends at the rate of over a billion dollars every week. Just after Christmas, the 9.0 earthquake and tsunami devastated parts of Indonesia, Thailand and Sri Lanka. America (Bush) was characteristically slow to respond. Then came Katrina - another disaster, which many observers worldwide attributed to global warming. Hardly more than six weeks later, New Orleans is still largely uninhabitable, and won't be for some time - if ever. At least 200,000 of its 470,000 inhabitants say they will never return. At least half a million refugees are still living in hotels costing the government 11 million dollars a day.

But those half million refugees in hotels are at least luckier than the 2 million people made homeless in the latest disaster, the Pakistan earthquake of Electric Moon 19. The Pakistani refugees in remote parts of the Himalayan frontier are without food, water, shelter, medical help, and are facing a cold winter - very soon. It is almost more than most Americans can bear or comprehend. But for the first time since the 9-11, defying the FBI and Homeland Security, who accused them of raising funds for terrorists, Islamic charity groups in America have been actively campaigning for contributions for their Muslim brothers and sisters in Pakistan. Helicopters are greatly needed to help the refugees and survivors in the remote parts, but they aren't easy to come by. (The American military in adjacent Afghanistan, and near by Iraq has many helicopters, but could spare no more than 20 for the disaster).

"Best that we humbly acknowledge that, somehow, the past had possession of extremely potent knowledge. It's demonstrable: Mayan texts do identify 2012 as an epochal year; and the environment is disintegrating in ways that suggest this prediction, made over a thousand years ago by a man (Pacal Votan) who didn't even have use of the wheel, is perhaps the most potent idea ever formed in all of our history. If he is correct, then it is not difficult to argue that his was the best mind that ever lived, at least during this particular cycle."

"The leader of the world," George W. Bush is mired down in defending his Supreme Court nominee, Mrs. Meir, an evangelical fundamentalist Christian, while ex-President Bill Clinton is featured on the cover of the current Ladies Home Journal, touting his great crusade - saving American children from obesity. Yes, this is America, the land of the stunted mind and the emotional body of a fifth grader. The President is the archetypal representative of the psyche of the people. He is the barometer of the people's state of mind. It is what the people deserve because he is their choice. Ex-president Clinton and President Bush are hardly vibrating the cosmos, much less, it would seem, practicing any real forms of compassion. They are embodying a level of mediocrity that is unparalleled in history.

Because it is the number one power, the richest of all the nations, and the ‘world cop', the American mind is, more than any other, in a state of baffled neurosis seeking to maintain identity of control. This is a fundamental ego struggle. Ego of personal identity, ego of national identity. Both are a travesty because neither has any true reality. They are fictions, and damaging ones at that. Belief in these fictions of personal and national identity perpetuate needless suffering. From the most enlightened point of view, the amount of suffering on this planet is unnecessary. War, especially, is utterly useless and unnecessary.

The best thing that could happen for this planet would be for America to lose its identity, to give it up and become a selfless seeker needing to share its wealth and determine how it could make up for its transgressions. This process could start with YOU who have heard the message of a new time and a path to a genuinely alternative future. If you who have heard the Thirteen Moon message could divest yourselves of your identity as Americans and commit to a life of pure service for the future of the Earth, your soul would truly shine, and the merit of cosmic Dharma would be with you, if you could only rise above your little American self! The Aquarian age, the Sixth Sun - it's only seven years away! As America goes, so goes the world. If even a small group of Americans could show their willingness to serve the future by a simple ceremony of personal and national ego-death, it might be that many others, elsewhere in their own countries, might be willing to follow suit. Ceremonies of national ego-death will help pave the way for the coming of cosmic civilization which only recognizes planets with an evolving intelligence and not fictitious nations or national leaders.

"It has now been deemed possible to form groups within the new group of world servers whose members can begin to prepare themselves to express both the phenomenal and the impulsive, the negative and the positive, the material and the spiritual with such measure of success that, in due time, there can exist on Earth a replica of the Hierarchy, its methods and techniques of work."

These are the seed groups, also spoken of by Dane Rudhyar, necessary to bridge to the dawning Age of Aquarius (2012). The three reasons for the importance of the seed groups:

"1. They constitute the germ of life which will result in the emergence of the Hierarchy at a later date upon Earth, coming forth from the seclusion of the ages to function again in the light of physical day.

2. They are a bridging group, bridging between the negative mass of mankind and the positive agency of the Hierarchy. That is the reason why, in these groups emphasis is laid upon service because that embodies response to the mass and its need, and upon soul contact because that embodies response to the world soul ...

3. They also hold within themselves as a group the seeds of the coming civilization and the germ of the new culture. The germ of the life of the new age is there within the husk of the old age and the old forms. Hence the opportunity, the service and the problems of these groups."

PAN is the seed of the new civilization. Foundation for the Law of Time is the germ of the new culture. PAN is the new group of world servers, supposedly following the planetary service wavespell. The Foundation is the germ of the Planetary Hierarchy - NOT to be confused with the hierarchy of the Piscean Age based on false, male dominated 12:60 power values, but hierarchy in the genuine sense of sacred order of reality (13:20 time is sacred order). It is because of the profanity of 12:60 time that the true hierarchy has been hidden in "the seclusion of the ages."

True hierarchy is a perception of wholeness, or sacred order, whose radial center is the primal Source, around which levels of ever more evolved beings guide the destines which comprise the universal being. (Hier- = sacred, -archy = order). When you have a real perception of the cosmos - cosmocentric perspective - then you have no problem understanding hierarchy as sacred order. Is an angel more evolved than you? Instead of democracy, in true hierarchy there is cosmocracy, rule by cosmic awareness, where everyone is equal in telepathic awareness and spiritual potentiality. Government, as such, no longer exists. It is only because government exists that false notions of hierarchy arise.

To summarize how these groups can measure up to the opportunity of the time:

"1. They conceal and nurture the germ or seed of the new civilization of the Aquarian Age.

2. They bridge between the old groups and the new group, between the mass of men (of whom the foremost find their way into the new group of world servers) and the Planetary Hierarchy.

3. They will constitute in the future an aspect of the Hierarchy and its work upon the outer physical plane."

The Planetary Hierarchy is the council of higher fifth dimensional beings (representatives of the Galactic Federation) overseeing the evolutionary transition of the present human from homo sapiens to homo noosphericus. Whenever intelligence evolves to the point of being able to be in resonance with the Planetary Hierarchy, then the Hierarchy will telepathically precipitate among those in resonance the form and means to begin to establish a base for the operations of higher evolving intelligence on Earth. People who are overly attached to a pure democratization of all values will perhaps balk at the emphasis on hierarchy here, but we must examine our minds and the aversions and attachments alike that we have to different words.

While PAN groups in UK and Switzerland, Holland and Belgium are stepping up their study programs - Cosmic History Study groups, among other things - organization of the Centers for the Restitution of the Natural Mind is taking off as a major project unifying different European PAN groups. Meanwhile, in Poland a new PAN group eagerly seeks materials for getting off the ground. In Japan different teams of PAN members conduct seminars across their island nation in a regular, well-organized fashion. In Brazil a major PAN council meeting recently occurred with more than 100 representatives of the major PAN nodes around Brazil, creating councils, seeking land for 13:20 communities, and a Center for the Restitution of the Natural Mind, as well as establishing a Brazilian counterpart to the Foundation, the Institution for the Diffusion of the Law of Time. A similar sister organization is also being developed in Japan, the Institute for Galactic Culture. What is happening to the new group of PAN world servers in the USA?

Apart from a few pockets of committed individuals working with small groups, the general American mental condition of apathy, inability to sustain long term vision, isolationism, competitiveness, fear, numbing out, and no inspiration are taking their toll. Since the Katrina disaster, requests for calendars and 13:20 literature have dwindled to about zero, and public financial support of the Foundation seems to be at an all time low. Inquiries about the state of PAN USA indicate further levels of confusion and an overall lack of systematic organization and communication. Many places that were once active are now seemingly inactive, or at least, little organized - especially Portland and San Francisco.

Yes, America is the belly of the beast. People still have the affluence to shop around, choose something this week, discard it next week. "Oh I tried that, the Mayan calendar," you hear people say, "but I just didn't have time for it." 2012 is still seven years away, and to many people, that is either irrelevant or they feel they still have time - for what? Despite everything that is going on in the world, the motivation to change seems to be virtually nonexistent. Instead, the culture as a whole is going "retro" - backwards.

What will it take, America - or is it too late? Caught in a samsaric round so dense you can't even see how stuck you are in the bubble of your own self-created reality. America the fat, the privileged among nations. The gun hungry. Escapist and isolationist. Everybody hiding out, holding on to their hoard. Yet, so many street people. So many children sitting in the park already turned off by the social reality they've been presented, with tee-shirts that say, "I eat glue'" or "reality sucks". So many refugees from disaster. So many soldiers returning home, wounded and sick. So many people in distant countries, desperate for even a drop of water ...

"To be liberated from this type of experience there is only one thing: the Dharma. Without the Dharma, there's no way to stop the endless round of suffering. And Dharma means the accumulation of only wholesome karma, and having kind and loving thoughts towards all beings."

In the analyses of galactic anthropology, America is the worst off among the nations of the Earth because the people cannot think for themselves. They have abdicated thinking for marketing, for the dollar, for the cybersphere of complicated phone answering systems in which no human is available to answer your call. In addition, they are so addicted to their television shows that their minds know only clichés. Faced with disaster they are powerless, and getting a gun for self-defense is the highest response many people can muster.

The prognosis is that America as a collective psyche or soul emanation is dead. The American dream has outlived itself. Amidst the psychic ruins there are individuals and a few groups that can be salvaged, who struggle to keep the light alive as more than just a marketing slogan. Like it or not, this is the end time, the end of the 12:60 Piscean Age and of the imminence of the 13:20 Aquarian age - 2012. Look on the bright side. The opportunity for heroism has never been greater.

The PAN was conceived as a bridge to help awaken people to the dawning of a new time. The PAN has never been more urgently needed than it is today. The Thirteen Moon Way is the Way to the New Time. It is the path to the future. But it will not be an American future, nor a Japanese, Brazilian nor any other kind of nationalistic future. It will be a galactic future of a cosmic civilization. In America, the members of PAN must overcome their soul lethargy and burst the shackles of deadening ego materialism from their minds. To create wholesome karma you must exert. You must do something. You must actually follow that calendar to make a new pathway. You must experience national ego-death; that will make your own ego death easier. The old paths are worn out now. And you must have kind and loving thoughts towards all beings.

"Now, that intelligence must be called upon again to get us through to the next period of relative calm. During this period, we will leave behind virtually everything we now understand as civilization. The consumer society will be the first to go, a victim of overpopulation and our failure to address the need to find new energy sources early enough. With it will go the Untied States as a superpower. We are already in the last phases of that: like the British Empire in 1910, our country is overwhelmed with debt and beginning to treat the restless in its client states with extraordinary brutality. Next will be some cataclysm, perhaps the unexpected collapse of Saudi oil or the detonation of atomic bombs in our cities or a great plague - who knows what it will be - but on the other side of it, the world will no longer be dominated by a superpower."

"2012: Is it True?"

America's lesson is everybody's lesson. What is going on in the world is only going to increase the closer we get to 2012. That is why we advocate arousing your spiritual nature wholeheartedly now, beginning with getting to know your own mind. Then, release from ego - personal, national and any other form that you've got going. As you do that, develop compassion that is genuinely selfless. Really take a look at that person with the cardboard sign in the parking lot or freeway entrance, and think, "In lak'ech." Give what you can when you can. Appreciate what you've got and give thanks to the Creator. Give thanks when you get up in the morning, and when you go to bed at night. And exert for acts of wholesome karma. It really takes effort to be compassionate, but once you've got the habit and the attitude, you'll find the selfless, compassionate way of being is the way of universal life.

"... the exact ... post-apocalyptic human state that has been prophesied, (is) that we will reach superconsciousness as the world falls apart around us. It turns out that our approaching this state isn't connected with some sort of magic at all, any more than the spirit hole through which Pacal Votan said that he would speak was woven of an incomprehensible magic. Just as ordinary science is going to make the magic of the superconscious human being a reality, it was that hole that enabled archeologists to discover Pacal Votan's tomb, and bring his existence back to light."

"Why tarry now? When a house is burning, scurrying for your possessions will only cost you your life. This house that is burning is Babylon, the 12:60 way of life, which is now destroying your biosphere and poisoning everything about your life. Do not linger now, fondling your machines. This is the Day of Judgment. If you can remember, leave this burning house and know that a better way has already been prepared for you, a holy victory march, my seven years of prophecy, Telektonon, the sacred revelation of time."

David Po, Red Planetary Serpent, 1955-2005, was my patron on the Big Island of Hawai'i when I received the Telektonon Prophecy back in 1993. For this alone I shall always be grateful to him. He was a passionate, outspoken and most of all, generous human being. Besides supporting myself and my family at that time, he was an ardent supporter and major contributor to the cause of Hawaiian sovereignty. His early death late last winter at the age of 50, due to a congenital liver problem, was a loss to the many who knew him, especially in the Hawaiian sovereignty movement.

After his death I was forwarded a notice regarding his passing, including a set of the "last words" of David Po, According to Kedar, a life long friend of David's, "the words below ... are the last of many beautiful words that David Po wrote and spoke in this world. They were found scrawled on a pad of paper in pained strokes written a few days before he slipped into unconsciousness."

I was genuinely struck by the power, beauty, elegance and simplicity of these seventeen "precepts" of a dying man. I immediately began to practice a recitation of them, one a day for each of the sixteen days of each cube journey - Days 7-22 of the Telektonon, as well as the seventeenth day, the Navigation Tower, day 23. I found this practice to be of great benefit and was very moved to realize how profound David Po's last thoughts were.

In this time of cataclysmic change, I feel it is necessary to honor David Po's spirit. For that reason I share these thoughts as a Rinri Cube of the Law practice. We all can benefit from contemplation of our own death, our own dying. But I have found that these precepts are as much for us, the living, as for those who are preparing to die. Knowing how to live fully is knowing how to die properly. To die to our little self and ego while still living is the highest art.

Above all, the study and practice of these precepts is to arouse in us the genuine compassion for all beings on this planet who are suffering - whether it be from calamity, war, terror, disease, injustice, imprisonment, delusion, madness, homelessness, poverty or mere day to day meaninglessness. Let us raise ourselves to a universal level of caring and selflessness, ready to face our own death and give aid to those who need our help. Let us transform our own pain into light and share it with all in need. Now is the time.

Each of these precepts is a meditation in and of itself. Read one each day of the Cube Journey, and then contemplate it for a few moments, letting its words touch your heart and move your soul. May we all be enlarged into a genuine sprit of forgiveness, tolerance and love in our mission on the road to 2012. May we equally experience a common wave of ethical enlightenment - cosmic Rinri.

David Po's Seventeen Precepts for the Living and the Dying

Dragon Cube 1: May this pain and suffering in some small way lessen the pain and suffering of all beings.

Wind Cube 2: May, through the grace of compassion, love and awareness of truth, this moment deliver my body, mind and spirit into a state of humility, trust and greater reverence for all life.

Night Cube 3: May my past and present ignorance be purged in the holy breath of sacred truth now and forever.

Seed Cube 4: May my surrender be complete, authentic and eternal.

Serpent Cube 5: Hear this prayer perfect beings of light and bless my life path with your healing presence.

World-bridger Cube 6: I have been blind to the truth, arrogant and distant from the true nature of God's perfect love, compassion and wisdom.

Hand Cube 7: I alone am responsible for my present state of being and pray for the insight, courage and wisdom to let go of the past and present habits and indulgences that are at the root of my suffering.

Star Cube 8: This life belongs to the whole of life. Please strengthen my resolve and capacity to live in accordance with the virtues of unconditional love and service.

Moon Cube 9: With all my heart I beg for, pray for, and surrender into peace, healing and wholeness.

Dog Cube 10: Heal this life and make whole the heart in service to the infinite Tao. Dissolve duality and free this breath of life to follow in the footsteps of future masters in the great circle of universal life.

Monkey Cube 11: Empty this ear and mind of worldly attachments and desire, and inspire this life into spirit of eternal love and service to the one.

Human Cube 12: If I am to live, teach me to live in peace, free of the constraints of ego and materialism.

Skywalker Cube 13: If I am to die, let my death awaken the true nature so that any rebirth may be one of love and service.

Wizard Cube 14: Into the light of lights, the road of emptiness, the heart of truth, I release this mortal eternal nature to become that which I truly am.

Eagle Cube 15: May all beings feel the perfect love of our true nature and become free of the pain and suffering and delusion of this life.

Warrior Cube 16: May peace prevail in the hearts of all beings now and eternally.

Welcome to the first ring of the unfolding of the CA Planetary Manitou, the Way of Wielding Power through evolving our Cosmic Awareness! The tides of change are powerfully pulling each and every one us to the Omega Portal of 2012, and beyond that, to the spectacular rainbow abundance of galactic culture and cosmic civilization on Earth!

The first ring of the CA Planetary Manitou is the second ring of the Mystery of the Stone. We are now in the domain of Red Lightning Child Great Emptiness, the second Lord of the Ring, the second of the Nine Lord's of Time and Destiny - the Bolontiku. While the First Lord was the guardian protector of the original 144,000, the second Lord is the guardian of the first power of Nine. "Four Powers of nine define the time..." reads the Riddle of the Stone. The time is the unfolding of the CA Planetary Manitou, 2005-2013.

This Manitou, who embodies the Cosmic Awareness-Way of Wielding Power, is divided into two cycles, each of which is governed by the four powers of nine. The first four years - 2005-2009, each year/ring is coded by one each of the first four powers of nine. These powers are: 9 (9x1) 2005-06, 18 (9x2) 2006-07, 27 (9x3) 2007-08, and 36 (9x4) 2008-09. The second four rings are guided by these same fours powers, each added to 108:

1) fifth year CA 108 + 9 =117 = 9 x 13 (year 13 of the entire Cube the Law sequence), 2009-10

2) sixth year CA 108 +18 =126 = 18 x 7 or 9 x 14 (year 14 of the entire cube the Law sequence), 2010-11

3) seventh year CA 108 + 27 =135 = 27 x 5 or 9 x 15 (year 15 of the entire Cube the Law sequence), 2011-12

4) eighth year CA 108 + 36 =144 = 36 x 4 or 9 x 16(year 16 of the entire Cube the Law sequence), 2012-13

What is the meaning of these four powers of Nine? Of course the Nine is the primal power of the Nine Lords of Time and Destiny, but what do each of them represent in this sequence? Nine is the primal rhythmic power tripled, it is the triadic or triangular unity of the first form increased by its own power, which gives to time its primal rhythm of movement: 1-2-3, 1-2-3, 1-2-3. This then becomes the primal rhythm of universal creation.

Nine (9) is also the base power of 90, the number of degrees in one quarter of a circle.

Doubled, this power of nine becomes the 18, which is the base power of 180 degrees, or one half circle. (Reversed, 18 becomes 81, nine squared.)

Tripled, this power of nine becomes 27, the base power of 270 degrees, or three quarters of a circle. (Reversed, 27 becomes 72, 9 x 8.)

And quadrupled, the power of nine becomes 36, the base power of 360 degrees - a whole circle, the universal totality of wholeness itself. (Reversed 36 becomes 63, 9 x 7.)

Seen in this light the four powers of nine define the four stages of cosmic wholeness, represented by the annual Earth ring, divided into four quarters, each 90 +1 day. In this way the four powers of nine define the progression of the cosmic creation consciousness as it emerges into wholeness. This is the meaning of the four powers of nine over the next four rings. They define the degree of wholeness of cosmic awareness or cosmic consciousness to be attained by at least a few on this planet. By the fourth ring there should be an emergence of the cosmic consciousness into wholeness among the seed groups of the Centers for the Restitution of the Natural Mind. This wholeness will signal the excitation wave of the noosphere which then builds in a great crescendo over the next four rings.

It should be noted that the wave of the final four years builds on the base power of 108, for 108 is the minimum number that can be factored by the four powers of nine:

9 x 12 = 108 hence, year 5, 108 + 9 = 117 = 9 x 13 = Cube 13

18 x 6 = 108 hence, year 6, 108 + 18 = 126 = 18 x 7 or 9 x 14 = Cube 14

27 x 4 = 108 hence, year 7, 108 + 27 = 135 = 27 x 5 or 9 x 15= Cube 15

36 x 3 = 108 hence, year 8, 108 + 36 = 144 = 36 x 4 or 9 x 16 = Cube 16

Herein lies some of the meaning of the GM108X - a galactic Mayan consciousness stream telepathically powered by the four powers of nine, which it has integrated into its total operation. Since the four powers of nine describe the four stages of cosmic consciousness coming into universal wholeness, this means that the purpose and meaning of the GM108X on Earth (on any other planet, for that matter) is to establish the cosmic consciousness in the manner appropriate to its unfolding, that is according to the four powers of nine.

In the graphics you can see how in each ring the power of nine builds up: from 12 quarter circles, to 6 half circles, to 4 3/4 circles and, finally, the whole containing the three smaller circles, which are the sum of each of the parts of each of the preceding powers of nine.

By analogy, during the first ring, the cosmic consciousness emerges in 12 fragments as it were, to create its quarter emergence from the cosmic unconscious. The following ring, six fragments emerge to establish its half circle emergence, then four parts emerge to create the three quarter emergence of cosmic consciousness, and finally the whole of cosmic consciousness is experienced and emerges during the year of the Blue Electric Storm.

The full emergence of cosmic consciousness in the fourth ring - the first whole order experience of the noosphere - occurs under the guardianship of the Supreme Golden Maiden. This means that the universal wholeness of cosmic consciousness exalts the feminine power, who embodies the 108 as the full integration of the four powers of nine. This feminine power, the Supreme Golden Maiden - a fifth dimensional entity - is she who is empowered by the Mystery of the Stone and related meditational practices, to give birth, then, to the advent of the new superhuman type, endowed with the supermental trait of cosmic consciousness - the homo noosphericus.

"If you can't see God in all, you can't see God at all" Yogi Bhajan

Yogi Bhajan, as he was affectionately known - officially, Sri Singh Sahib Bhal Sahib Harbhajan Singh Khals Yogiji (born August 26, 1929, Blue Resonant Eagle-died, October 6, 2004 Blue Rhythmic Monkey) - was the most notable teacher of Sikh Dharma in the West. Arriving in Los Angeles from India in 1969, he immediately found his niche in the Woodstock generation (he was one of the teachers at the 1970 First Whole Earth Festival), and ended up being one of the most steadfast and influential of the numerous gurus and teachers who arrived on the scene during that colorful and pivotal epoch. As a teacher he was tireless and uncompromising. He established a strong self-reliant and self-sufficient Sikh community in America based on a an intensive sadhana, which includes: meditation, mantras and a whole system kundalini yoga practice for arousing the capability of the individual unit of consciousness to plug into the infinite consciousness on a daily basis.

His teachings were profound, simple and also very immediate. This is because he knew he was preparing people for the dawning of the Age of Aquarius. He knew people had to be prepared by being able to encounter the Universal Mind as a normal part of their daily life, so that they could be prepared for the great shift in cosmic consciousness that would be occurring. As unabashed as he was in talking about the Aquarian Age, he was equally specific on pin pointing the date when we would enter that long heralded Age: November 11, 2012. For this reason we can correlate the Age of Aquarius with the advent of the 13:20 frequency and the return to natural - cosmic - time, also in 2012.

Though it is not clear whether or not he knew of the Mayan calendar closing date of 2012, the date upon which he focused is, nonetheless, of the greatest importance. Of course, on the Gregorian calendar that date is an 11-11. But even here the date he chose to focus on is of great merit in relation to the Mayan close-out date of December 21, 2012, for there are exactly 40 days between the two dates. On the Dreamspell the synchronicity of the dates is even more apparent. While the end of the cycle on the winter solstice (north) is 12 Hand, Kin 207 Blue Crystal hand, Yogi Bhajan's beginning of the Age of Aquarius is on 11 Hand - Kin 167 Blue Spectral Hand. For whatever it's worth, that 11 Hand corresponds to the 11-11 Gregorian date as well - that's three 11s, the number of spectral liberation. So, most certainly, it would appear that the door to the Age of Aquarius will open wide on that date, followed then by a 40-day cycle of purification and fasting before the solstice cyclic close-out date of the Blue Crystal Hand occurs. The circumpolar rainbow ring will let every one know that the Age of Aquarius has fully dawned and that galactic culture has emerged in full force.

We are very thankful for the consistency, integrity, and, above all, the living inspiration of his presence that Yogi Bhajan provided for North America during the 35 years when he was among us. It is undoubtedly due to the efforts of a few individuals like Yogi Bhajan, that there has been at least some authentic thread of genuinely spiritual life in the Babylonian shopping mall that is America. Particularly since his death, his teachings and methods have been an inspiration to the Foundation's Noosphere II Research Project, some of which are being incorporated into the daily practice.
