Official Letter to PAN from the Foundation for the Law of Time
“You never change things by fighting the existing system. To change something, build a new model that makes the old model obsolete.” R. Buckminster Fuller, Critical Path “We created them (humans), and endowed their limbs and joints with strength. And when We will, We can substitute the like of them by a complete change.” Quran 76:28 “Where with great wisdom a seed is sown.” The Day 8 Storm saw the reelection of George W Bush. This day, the same as the first year of the Harrowing of Hell (2000-2001) which saw the first election of George W. Bush, means that the American people have selected another four years of the Harrowing of Hell. Another four years of the Harrowing of Hell is the Death of America. As goes America, so goes the world. Another four year cycle dominated by the War on Terrorism means that there will be no more solutions coming from the Old Order. The only solution is to build a new model of reality, an alternative planet. It is important to understand that democracy as we have to come to know it is dead. Knowing and accepting that will conserve energy for what lies ahead. At the same time this is the Great Opportunity of the Planet Art Network. But we’d better get serious now. The complete change is in the turnover to the 13 Moon/28-day calendar. The new human is homo noosphericus. The Plan is in our hands. The change already began 12 Storm and will be complete 12 Hand, Rhythmic 9-December 21, 2012. There is more than enough work for everyone. Just as Marxism collapsed after the Berlin Wall came down, so now democracy is collapsed with George W. Bush’s triumph. That means we have four years to get ready - the four year Cycle of Deconstruction is now occurring. It is time to put the Calendar Change Peace Plan into effect in our lives. Because in 2008 the world will be wondering where to go next - and only four years then 'til 2012! That’s when the PAN Reconstruction Program has to be ready, but it will only be ready if we work hard the next four years at deconstructing this reality by building the new model. The Foundation for the Law of Time has a few thoughts about putting the first phase of the Plan into effect. First of all, if you’ve been putting energy into making the Old System work, or think that democracy is worth anything it is time to alter your belief system in a fully positive and alternative direction. This is the bottom line attitudinal shift we are all called upon to make. Pull your energy out of the old now and put it into forming the PAN World Council. Set up a meeting soon - not in America, for sure. Establish your councils and get to work! The following areas come to mind as worthy of focus in building the New Model: New Time self-education programs. In-house PAN education groups. Seminars designed to draw in more and more of the people disaffected by the old order, as well as outreach to new bioregions. New Time Earth Family-based community. Most of us are still in urban areas so begin your inner city community projects. Cooperative values are all important now. Let people know who you are and - why. Self-sustaining garden communities. There are still only a few of these. Go to those that exist, learn what they are doing and then go and start your own. Develop a PAN Public Information Council both for putting together PAN perspectives on global issues, and for gathering information on major world issues - environment, war, poverty. VERY IMPORTANT: go to Drumavalo Melchizidek's web site, and check out his article on global warming. It is absolutely MUST reading and you will see that by 2008, it’s not just the War on Terror that will be changing the world. We really do have to be prepared. We will try to make available his article, “Dry Ice: Global Warming Revealed“ which details the truth about the melting ice caps, the cooling gulf stream and what is already in motion - from scientific sources, including the Pentagon. Investigate the Old Order - especially the UN, environmental agencies and the media. Look for disillusioned leadership. Get them to the PAN point of view. See how they can help envision a peaceful transition of old institutional structures into a New Time society by 2008. Spread the Banner of Peace! PAN is Peace through Culture. Now is the time to see this Banner proliferate. It belongs to no nation. It is the circle of unity. It dissolves all boundaries. It is the sign of Active Peace. Make your Banners of Peace visible in your communities. Put them in your windows. Find receptive musicians of every kind and give them the PAN/Thirteen Moon Vision. Help get ready major concerts on the Days Out of Time, and a BIG BLAST World New Time Music Festival for the inauguration of the Blue Electric Storm - 2008. Read The Art Planet Chronicles.
