It is very heartening to know about the Peace Congress occurring in Belgrade, April 27-May 1, 2006 (Planetary Moon 24-28, Yellow Cosmic Seed year). The people in this region of the world have long suffered civil strife and misunderstanding even as recently as the last decade’s tragic civil wars, NATO bombings, and genocide. The example set by what was occurring in the Balkan states played out before the world, creating a backlash of peace. What is required now is real peace, not a peace imposed by outside governing forces, but a peace that comes from the people. But the people must be given the chance for this kind of peace, a genuine peace that is thoroughly nonviolent and based on principles of compassion, justice and tolerance. How can this come about?

It is encouraging to know that in the past five or six years a new movement has arisen in the Balkan states, the World Thirteen Moon Calendar Change Peace Movement. Here is an entirely original force for peace that is dependent on the individual's choosing to enter into a new time governed by a new calendar. Unlike the old calendar of irregular and confusing measure, the new calendar is one of perfect harmony and perfect measure - thirteen perfect moons (months) of 28 days each, 52 perfect weeks, four weeks the same for every moon - and a 365th day of the year, a Day Out of Time, a day that is no day of the month or week at all, but a day for universal forgiveness and the practice of time is art. A calendar of harmony will create a new time of harmony. To have a new time of peace and harmony you must have a new standard of time that is a perfect example of peace and harmony.

The fact that this is a worldwide movement means that slowly but surely the principles of the new time are being established in virtually every region of the planet. This movement is the basis of a new planetary culture, or rather, of a new galactic culture. By adopting the new harmonic standard of 13 Moons/28-days, the human being is taking its first step into galactic citizenship and galactic consciousness. That is because the new calendar is universal and belongs to no one people, but to all of the people of the Earth. The purpose of the new calendar is to synchronize the human being with the cycles and harmonies of the great cosmos and so help establish cosmic consciousness on Earth. In cosmic consciousness there are no longer any boundaries and the Earth can be restored to her original wonder and beauty.

The use of this new calendar of peace is an aspect of the acceleration of life on Earth, in the heliosphere and the galaxy in general. This quickening is a sign of the mutation of all life that will reach a climax in the years 2012 and 2013. By adopting this calendar and flying the Banner of Peace we are actually participating in the galactic mutation of consciousness and the coming of the Golden Age of Peace on Earth.

It is my sincere hope that participants of this Peace Conference will take the time to consider all the many implications of universally adopting the 13 Moon/28-day calendar as the instrument and means to call for a universal cease fire, allowing humanity to reorganize its priorities according to a new time of harmony where the principle value is time is art, rather than time is money.

May all participants of this great event experience true peace in their hearts and fearlessly learn to spread the spirit of genuine peace wherever they go and with whomever they meet. Peace is our responsibility. Let us manifest it day by day, until all the world is aglow with the radiant light of a new time of peace, spreading as a wave of love in all directions across our troubled Earth.
