On the Rhythmic moon of the Yellow Cosmic Seed ring, during kin 252 Yellow Overtone Human and kin 253 Red Rhythmic Skywalker, we began the adventure of making a ceremony of Purification of the Fifth Sun at Seven Rings to the Closing of the Cycle 2012-2013 in the ceremonial center Teotihuacan Mexico, and also a conference for the preparation of the coming of the Sixth Sun of Conscience that will occur on the year 2012 which was directed by Valum Votan (Jose Arguelles) The Closer of the Cycle.

From the initiative of kin 70 White Overtone Dog – Pedro Hernandez, Coordinator of PAN Mexico Anahuac Region, the petition was exposed to the Closer of the Cycle and to Red Queen during the San Sebastian Seminar in Spain, to begin this adventure in the Green Castle, 19^th Wavespell of the Yellow Magnetic Star.

 The number of the flight witch Overtone Dog arrived in Europe to go to the Spain seminar in San Sebastian was #2013.

The following mathematical relation led the event:

Time is the frequency of universal harmony synchronization, which is why we know that “we’re the wisdom that we seek” –P.H.G. … hence, the synchronic codes have been given to us to be lived in the heart… and the spirit.

Every year-ring has 52 weeks, so taking notice that there were 7 years remaining from this date (Winter Solstice on the northern hemisphere – Summer Solstice on the southern hemisphere), so this means that we were going to be potentiating a fractal expansion of:

52 weeks in each year x 7 years = 364 weeks or 2.548 kin or 4 quadrants of 91 weeks to the Closing of the Cycle 2012.

The event would occur 33 kin from the polar shift (moment where we’ll be on White Cosmic World Bridger, clear sign that culminates the lid of the Sarcophagus of the Tomb of Pacal Votan) and 8 kin to Yellow Cosmic Sun, end of the 26^th galactic spin since the Harmonic Convergence. 

7 is for excellence a magical and mystical number and also represents the interval of lost time in eternity this is why we should incorporate these codes profoundly to our being (Chakras, Holon, conscience, emotions and dimensional suit-3^rd dimensional body) and because of fractal expansion we would project it to the whole planet.

The day of the ceremony the spirit of the galactic Mayas emitted the following message:

“Cosmos is the celestial mirror of God reflecting itself on the Earth and we have to assume our role with more planetary, universal and cosmic conscience in the humbleness of the spirit” P.H.G.

All kinds of synchronicities happened during this adventure like for example, the arriving of the Foundation for the Law of Time kin (including Jacob W, Rhythmic Dragon), was on the flight number 252, same number of the kin of the day of the event of the ceremony, on Yellow Overtone Human, in Alaska Airlines, that corresponds to the holon of the Dog glyph, the energy of the Dog and fidelity to the heart guided them, this ratified the divine order of participating in this adventure.

We counted at all times with the presence of kin 252 Yellow Overtone Human Vandir Natal Casagrande, PAN Brazil representative, where the 2^nd Congress of Biospheric Rights, on the Electric Moon of the ring-year Red Magnetic Moon.

The arrival of the Closer of the Cycle and Red Queen was on kin Blue Self-existing Monkey, galactic spin of the anniversary of 9/11. In a fun way Overtone Dog commented that exactly that day there was an aligning of 4 monkeys, this is, Self-existing Monkey, with Blue Spectral Monkey and the premiere of the movie King Kong in Mexico that same day.

We met in the airport of Mexico City in a vegetarian restaurant, we where filled with happiness to have met again and with great excitement we went through some details of the Great Ceremony that we were going to celebrate in a few instances.

They stayed at Hotel Aranjuez which logo looked or read Gran Juez (Great Judge (Ala – Hunab Ku)); the room that was assigned to the travelers was number 2020.

The place where the conference was held was Centro Universitario Mexico (CUM) and it was filled with synchronic signals, the street were the school was is Nicolas street (Nicolas Roerich) San Juan (San Juan de Patmos) on number 728 (7x4=28 the configuration of days of any Moon)

We had the honor of having the humble presence of two warrior gentlemen, Antonio Velasco Piña, authentic Mexican, heiress and witness of the Regina legacy, also Citlallinli-eagle guide (Rosendo Mendoza) Guardian of the Pyramid of the Sun, who made presence attending to the universal call we made for this ceremony inheritance of humanity. They maintained themselves like a kin more during the whole event, something to bring up their authentic humbleness.

On our way to Teotihuacan, we had dates for breakfast, juice and yogurt on the 4 wheel ship called Champi’s with music of The Beatles from the Radio Universal show (when we got there we heard Come Together and on our way out we heard Let it Be). When we got to the archeological zone we saw a lot of kin who were arriving and having breakfast.

We walked through Door number 1 to the complex of the Archeological Zone, we went in, we saluted the spiritual guardians and we asked for permission to come in respectfully to this sacred place.

We walked straight to the stairway that marked the Cosmic tone and then we ascended to the pyramid of Quetzalcoatl where we could see the seals of the White Electric Wind and the Red Lunar Dragon.

From this point we could observe the quadrilaterals that marked the 13 galactic tones or 13 moons. It is good to note that from the base and to the top of this place there is an echo effect and a resonance that permits the clear and powerful diffusion of sound.

We waited a little while, while Overtone Dog gave directions to the family of kin so they would organize in synchronic order.

From the top we could see the congregation of kin and the enthusiasm that was there before this unrepeatable Ceremony on the way to the Closing of the Cycle.

There were approximately 1.300 kin that attended the call from the bioregions of Spain, Argentina, Portugal, United States of America, Uruguay, Venezuela, France, Bolivia, Cuba, Germany, Brazil, Peru, Guatemala, Austria, Japan and Mexico (Nodes from Torreon-Coahuila, Monterrey, San Luis, Cozumel, Cancun, Morelia, Guadalajara, Bahia de Banderas, Nayarit, Palenque, all regions of Mexico City including metropolitan zone, Tepotzlan, Cuernavaca, Sonora, Xalapa, Puebla, Tlaxcala, Oaxaca, Mandoza City, Colima, Toluca, Mexico State, Merida, Tabasco and Zacatecas) also all the telepathic connection of thousands of kin resonating through all the planet holon.

The ceremony initiated at 10:05am mechanical time at the archeological zone of Teotihuacan Mexico in an area called Quetzalcoatl Citadel, where once the rainbow family grouped in 5 circles by Earth Families, Valum Votan the Closer of the Cycle initiated the ceremony from the circle of the Central Family playing the kokopelli flute and Overtone Dog directed the prayer of the seven directions.

(Note: the mechanical hours signaled in this report is to bring up the synchronicity of the numbers)

The Closer of the Cycle welcomed all the cosmic family, saluting the children of the Fifth Sun and emphasizing that Teotihuacan is one of the most sacred places in the world and that all what happens there happens in the whole world and at a cosmic level.

He also made conscience that each one of the present kin were, at that moment, representatives of humanity and that we bring into effect a transcendental cosmic activation that would allow us to see in our imaginal realm the world we want to see for the next 7 years.

Once the Closer of the Cycle gave this greeting and a brief message he began a silent walk through the Causeway of the Dead, in a way that in the front the shells opened the way, followed by Valum Votan and Red Queen, Overtone Dog was escorting Votan at his right and Spectral Skywalker at the left of Red Queen at all times, like very close kin; then there was the sacred fire of the Sahumadoras, the banners of peace, drums and the rest of the rainbow family in silence and respect.

From this point we began the Causeway of the Dead, we watched the pyramid of the Moon at the end, as an impotent sign left by our ancestors to remind human kind that it should never lose the connection with the moon and it’s cycles, because if it’s so the harmony between the beings of the Earth would be maintained.

The journey through the Causeway of the Dead was accompanied by the sounding of the ritual drums lead by Jaba – Adilson (Blue Magnetic Night) and his group Druma UR 38 2, which sounded their instruments (ancient sacred drums)

The way through the Causeway of the Dead is a stage that invites us to die mutating all density, attachments, fears and obstacles to the spiritual life; it was designed originally to accomplish the purification of all visitors before entering the sacred city of Teotihuacan.

In the language of the synchronic order we understand that the final way to the closing of the cycle would be a journey in totally spiritual order (like it says in the Hopi Prophecy… “Only the people who are spiritually strong will be able to survive the time of prophecy”) and in internal purification and in this way it could be manifested in the order of external reality.

White Overtone Dog (Pedro Hernandez) and Yellow Resonant Seed (Jorge Mora) configured in Teotihuacan a cycle of initiation under the view of the Law of Time specially for this ceremony, which began in the Citadel of Quetzalcoatl, in it’s thirteen structures that surround this area and that codes the thirteen galactic Tones or thirteen Moons and also begins in the Magnetic Sun Wavespell and it ascends in seals and tones at the Causeway of the Dead until it ends at the beginning steps of the pyramid of the Sun, and then it continues to the wavespell of the Red Magnetic Skywalker, that ends on the top of the pyramid of the Sun with the kin Yellow Galactic Sun, tone and seal of Pacal Votan.

The sequence of the chakras in this trajectory was determined by the 9 chakras that we’re working on in this stage of the Harmonic Conversion under the influence of the awakening of the Bolontiku or the 9 lords of Time and Destiny and that reactivates the root of root chakra (at the beginning of the Causeway of the Dead) and the crown of crown chakra (to the pyramid of the Moon) in addition to the 7 traditional chakras. On the journey through Middle Time.

During the procession through the Causeway of the Dead, we made a stop at each level of the 6 that are at the zone, for the shells to make way and also to invoke the radial plasma of each chakra.

Once the journey through the Causeway of the Dead was over, before we got to the foot of the pyramid of the Sun, the Closer of the Cycle made a pause and asked for a sounding of the Shells and a ceremonial salute to the amazing structure that was in front of us as a sign of permission and respect; once we did this, we continued until we settled down at the foot of the pyramid of the Sun.

There Valum Votan made a purification ceremony with the 4 elements for four kin: Blue Spectral Monkey, Red Queen – Red Electric Serpent, White Overtone Dog and Red Spectral Skywalker, in a symbolic way for all the assisting kin and extensively for the whole of humanity.

There was an altar with the following ritual elements:

- A reproduction of the sarcophagus of the tomb of Pacal Votan.
- The Banner of Peace, the Huipala Banner, Rainbow, Galactic Federation.
- The four elements:

• Fire, through the sahumerios – Fire guardian, Teresa Velazco, Yellow Resonant Human.
• Water, through the jicaras with natural water – Maria Teresa Delgado, Red Galactic Serpent.
• Earth, through incense ashes – Josefina Reinoso, Red Planetary Earth.
• Air, through the shells – Captain Armando Mora, Red Lunar Earth.

- Flowers, quarts, Pacal mandalas, stones and precious metals - Karina Perez de Alba, White Cosmic Wizard and Jose Luis Carrillo, Red Planetary Serpent.

In a ritual way the Closer of the Cycle emitted blessings to all the present kin and threw them the content of the 4 elements.

Once the purification was over and only after the climbing, we were ready at the top of the pyramid of the Sun, at 12:35 hours (precise moment of the Winter Solstice) to pass on to the next stage.

During the assent of the kin, from the base of the Pyramid, Jaba, Blue Magnetic Night, remained in custody of the altar and maintained the rhythm and mood with his drum for the warriors that continued to climb to the top of the pyramid of the Sun. From this point he had a vision of perceiving the etheric form of the pyramid of the Sun and he saw in the clouds a Light City, he also saw a road that lead to the masters of the place where they manifested their happiness and gratefulness for everything that was being done at that moment. Not in vain Valum Votan said… “this is the most important ceremony that has been held in this place since lots of centuries”

At the top of the Pyramid of the Sun, Valum Votan made the invocation of the 7 caves of Tollan Zuvuya, and he started talking about the way that each of us should prepare to receive the changes that Mother Earth was going to go through, reminding us that at this moment we should be purified in each of our subtle bodies and chakras.

He also emphasized that we shouldn’t remain in conflict with anyone, without any judgment, to respect the free will of others and that we must work on the detachment; that the work of each of us, and that no one can do it for another person. All of this to reach spiritual conscience.

He asked us to use the tools left by the Galactic Maya, those are the codes and keys that we’re going to need for the great change that is coming.

The practical part of this consisted in that Valum Votan suggested the activation of the chakras with one of the following stones and precious metals for each of the next 7 years-rings that would end at the Closing of the Cycle, in the following sequence:

• Cave 1. - Quarts Crystal, third eye chakra.
• Cave 2. - Jade, for the solar plexus or Kuxan Xuum.
• Cave 3. - Turquoise or Stone of Dawn, throat chakra.
• Cave 4. -  Obsidian, for the root chakra.
• Cave 5. - Onyx, for the crown chakra.
• Cave 6. - Gold for the heart chakra.
• Cave 7. - Silver, representing the Moon and it’s synchronicity in the cycles of life and telepathy for the secret center chakra.

Note: This part will be explained in more detail by Valum Votan in a next report emitted by the Foundation for the Law of Time. 

We ended the event in a climate of collective party and fraternity in the epoch of unconditional love at the top of the pyramid of the Sun with hugs and all kinds of love expressions between the kin… just on the seal of the Yellow Galactic Sun, in accomplishment of the victory of the 2012 Prophecy of Pacal Votan.

At this point was when the Closer of the Cycle and the Guardian of the Pyramid of the Sun met each other, his name is Citlallinli, with a profound and intense hug of mutual recognition and admiration for the mission that links them in unconditional service to humanity.

At the end of the ceremony at 13:20 hours mechanical time and with a previous invitation of the kin Guadalupe Torres de Zedillo White Planetary Dog, to Valum Votan and Red Queen, to her restaurant called “La Gruta”, we went to share vegetarian foods in the same place where Valum Votan had been 52 years ago, exactly on the year when he was 14 years old and he promised himself to decode the messages that were there to give them to humanity. That same day in the afternoon and with the help of White Planetary Dog, we found an authorization to let 7 people, and two archeologists (Valum Votan, Red Queen, Overtone Dog, Spectral Skywalker, Overtone Human, Galactic Dog and Magnetic Human, Jorge Flores) to the interior of the pyramid of the Quetzalcoatl Temple, a place that is not accessible to the public in general since it’s discovery in 1989.

In the interior of this pyramid-temple there’s a configuration of a series of tunnels; the principal tunnel has a slope that lead to passages that ended in front of a wall of a temple where the offerings where placed and where we can find the plumed serpent sculpture heads, dragons, serpents, crocodiles, and shells, of the Quetzalcoatl pyramid-temple.  

These tunnels have the particularity that they are formed by a series of passages where the sealing has a Mayan arc form, like an opened A and after each section there’s a series of chambers that had a cube form at the sides; up to this date it has been detected 190 of these cubes, another clue more of the synchronic order which ratifies the 0-19 code.

We ended our stay in Teotihuacan traveling in the back on a pick up truck, without a sealing like a mayan-teotihuacan safari; exiting over the walls of the sacred city, there were still some kin that were leaving the zone because it was closing time and said hello to us when they recognized Valum Votan.

A curious anecdote happened while we had a coffee at the restaurant of the archeological zone: before we went in the pyramid of Quetzalcoatl, a person that was sitting at the table in front of Valum Votan, was talking on her cell phone with someone and she was saying “look I’m in Teo, and I was with Jose Arguelles, he did a ceremony… yes, sure, sure, I greeted him and he recognized me…” It looks like she was a little unaware of the synchronic order, because in reality at that instant she had Valum Votan in front of her and not Jose Arguelles.

Once the day’s journey was over we went to Mexico City and arrived at the hotel at 20:13 hours mechanical time.

The next day, kin 253 Red Rhythmic Skywalker, The Closer of the Cycle and Red Queen went for a morning walk at the Chapultepec Forest accompanied by White Overtone Dog, where Valum Votan talked to us about the time he lived in Mexico City on #40 Tula Street, close to this forest. We had fruits and laughed with public mime shows and we observed the wild squirrels of the forest; we also saw the Papantla flyers and afterwards, after a silent walk through the forest, we went to the place where the conference was going to be held.

During the interval prior to the conference already at the CUM, Valum Votan attended several people, like Antonio Velasco Piña; a kin that gave him a replica of an authentic Mayan Pergamin, Yellow Cosmic Sun and Red Resonant Earth, who gave The Closer of the Cycle a ring. In this interval White Magnetic Wizard, Francisco de la Sota and his wife Yellow Resonant Warrior, Cristina Torres, maintained the attention and custody of Valum Votan and Red Queen until the event of the day was over.

The atmosphere of the conference was enlivened with the presence of the group Jaba with the sounding of drums and the dancing of some kin that had gone up the scenario.

The conference started with the prayer of the seven galactic directions by White Overtone Dog and the playing of the kokopelli flute by Valum Votan.

The profound look of the Closer of the Cycle went through the presence of each of the 700 attendants that attended the conference, emphasizing the intensity of the message that he has been sharing since the beginning of his mission.

Valum Votan talked about the synchronicity with the numbers and he said that we should always be aware looking for the clues and the codes that can save us from dangers in the future, he repeated that we should already be purified in our subtle bodies to maintained connection with our chakras and soul, that is what connects us with our divine part which is the spirit.

He said that the ceremony of Teotihuacan was made in synchronic order of a planetary initiation; that a vibration and resonance was generated with being present and at the top of the pyramid.

That this was going to accelerate our cellular, molecular frequency and the neurons in our brain. The Sixth Sun is coming to achieve cosmic conscience.

He signaled that the Earth as a planet, has 13 billion 700 thousand million years from when it was born and it was manifested mostly for the material and there’s another 13 billion 700 thousand million years to get back to the point of origin which are guided to the direction of spirit.

He said that in 2013 the velocity of the universe was going to change and the superhuman would arouse with a quantum jump in the mind. That we have to be in a state of alert (emptiness) so we can enter the cosmic space and find the infinite information and to be at the level of listening and contacting the civilizations that want to contact us, also that we should the conscience of a tree, of a star, of a cloud, with wisdom, love and without ego.

He said: "stop living your photo novels, don’t judge, don’t criticize because the harm we do to others we’re doing it to ourselves. We are all one.”

“We’re living in difficult times; prayer, meditation and the knowing of our mind is what we must practice; assume a natural and vegetarian diet to cease with the chain of suffering of all beings.

We must elevate our consciousness working with energy, and live the dimensions in radial time which elevates us to the maximum comprehension of life and of all beings in connection with the sacredness that exists in all the cosmos.”

He told us to take care of our physical body, because it’s the temple of the spirit; it is important to be healthy, with happiness and unconditional love, in perfect harmony.

He continued saying: “let out your fears to go forward” Our planet Pacha Mama needs silence and the love of us always and we must remember and know that we are one.

The climax of the conference was when Valum Votan maintained a profound silence… where we could connect with the unity of the being. At this moment he stayed silent; his expression was of indescribable silence, mentally he spoke to us; he described to us all the changes that would happen in the planet and in the cosmos.

We didn’t have to be telepaths. We understood his message. We could feel the pain, the suffering and the angst that was to come, because at that moment we still didn’t understand what it means to assume the mind change to the synchronic order, the respect for nature and the spiritual discipline.

Of course, a lot of people didn’t understand this silence and the reason for his pain as he saw what was going to happen.

After his silence he told us that he spoke to us from his heart and that’s why his message could be clear and we could understand him.

Once he did this he said goodbye telling us that although he was leaving we shouldn’t be sad, that we should maintain in unity and peace, that he loved us profoundly and that we would continue in telepathic communication.

Red Queen went up to the scenario and we had a warm hug, a lot of people tried to get close to Votan and they talked to him, but they left the conference room to the hotel where they were hosted, in company of White Magnetic Wizard and Red Spectral Skywalker.

Overtone Dog and PAN Mexico kin, stayed at the CUM until the last kin exited and they left the place clean and in order.

After we went to the house of White Cosmic Wizard to have a gathering with the kin.

The last day of this adventure visit, in the morning, Valum Votan, Red Queen, Overtone Dog, Overtone Human and Spectral Skywalker (we formed the kin Blue Solar Monkey) went to Amatlan, “place of the Land of the Amates”, to accomplish the synchronic order of the kin of the day, White Resonant Wizard, remembering the last year of prophecy, exactly at the place of the prophet Quetzalcoatl’s birth.

When we got to Amatlan Valum Votan and Red Queen went to Quetzalcoatl’s statue that was at a little plaza of the town and they meditated for an instant in front of the statue … Vandir, Pedro and Elsa joined them to pray in silence and the five of us ended with a slight reverence.

Votan suggested that we should find a place to have some coffee and Overtone Dog recommended a little house in front of the principal plaza and there we where attended with coffee and bean tamales.

When we were talking to the people at this place, it turned out that there lived the Guardian of the tradition of Quetzalcoatl, Don Felipe Alvarado, and for our surprise and magic, they also told us that this day it was one year of his death and they were having a mass, which we could hear through the speakers that they had put in the town.

Votan commented that he knew him and that they were friends. They offered us the foods as courtesy and invited us to come back at noon, giving us a brochure about Quetzalcoatl; they also asked for help to continue the labor of the last work of the Guardian of the Tradition of Quetzalcoatl, which Overtone Dog accepted and it would give fruits immediately.

When we were going back to Tepotzlan we re-routed for a moment because Votan wanted to show us the place where he had received and decoded the TELEKTONON years ago in a little cabin close to Huehuecoyolt. After this we continued our route.

In Tepotzlan there was a gathering of Jose Arguelles’ friends and Lord Reinhart Ruge, he’s a diplomatic and politic person that has coexisted with important people of the last quarter of this baktun, visionary in his relations and that of course has accompanied Arguelles in various adventures that has been transcendental to the diffusion of the mission of revelation of the Law of Time.

Then came the daughter of Reinhart whose name is Yogui and his granddaughter, and invited us to share natural foods in a marvelous place and as eccentric as a thick and exuberant jungle that had in front of it the pyramid of Tepozteco.

We returned to Mexico City and went directly to the airport because Vandir was leaving in some hours and Votan and Red Queen would be settled in a hotel of the airport terminal, because their plane was leaving at dawn.

Although Red Queen doesn’t speak much Spanish, at that moment she looked quickly for her dictionary to tell us in a very sincere way, “los voy a echar de menos” (I’m going to miss you) in a very clear Spanish.

Overtone Dog, Overtone Human and Spectral Skywalker said goodbye in a profoundly emotional and intense way to Valum Votan and Red Queen, with the certainty that we would share adventures again soon and with a clear feeling that at this land we loved them unconditionally.

As a server of God, me, White Overtone Dog, consider an honor to have participated in this Noospheric event and I thank in a humble way and heartedly to all the kin of the Monkey bioregion that maintain the integrity to the mission that was given to us specially to July de la Portilla (Red Planetary Serpent), and Ana Maria Aranda (Blue Overtone Eagle), Elsa S. Escobar (Red Spectral Skywalker), and Teresa Velasco (Yellow Resonant Human) and other kin of no less merit and without protagonism, as to the spiritual brothers kin, that without having frontiers in their mind came from all parts of the planet to support unconditionally this event, for their giving, discretion, humility and love at all costs. Loving kin: as you see, we continue sailing intensely looking for our center before the imminent accomplishment of the Closing of the Cycle 2012-2013 Prophecy.

We are already seeing the effects of the cosmic adjustment that involves all levels and we see it in the climatic phenomena and of the collective consciousness and this is a clear reflection of the alignment with the other dimensions and of the preparation before the cosmic event that’s coming. We will be witnesses of this cosmic event only if we are able to love unconditionally, forgive and transcend at service, be able to come out of the trap that our ego and materialism and distortion of natural time has constructed. The time is now, there’s no waiting…
